Adam Carl, MS, is a descendant of the Hopi and Navajo Tribes and MD candidate for the Class of 2025 at the University College of Medicine – Tucson. He has a BS in physiology and MS in Environmental Health Science from the University of Arizona. As President of the Association for Native American Medical Students at the College of Medicine – Tucson, he focuses on creating community and mentorship for Native American students. In the future, he hopes there will be more members who are a part of the organization
