
Faculty, staff, students and the community are invited to join Wellness Wednesdays: A Community Connection, a lunchtime event to promote nutritious foods, healthy minds and strong bodies.
These free, 30-minute interactive webinars, hosted by experts including University of Arizona Health Sciences faculty, staff and students, will provide thoughtful guidance, information and tools to help support individuals while navigating through a new reality during these challenging times.
Wellness Wednesdays: A Community Connection is the latest initiative from the University of Arizona Health Sciences with the goal of creating a healthier community by helping individuals and families stay well.
Registration is required for all events. Upon registration, a confirmation email with login information and instructions will be sent.
