The Caregiver's Survival Manual

Sep

11:30 am to 12:20 pm

Studies show that caregivers in the sandwich generation experience more stress than other caregiving groups. In this workshop, dependent care advisor Eileen Lawless, MSW, and senior coordinator for childcare and family resources Lourdes A. Rodríguez, MS, share proactive suggestions for successfully navigating your family and work responsibilities.

(This is the final of three sessions in the Sandwich Generation Club workshop. Consider attending all three presentations to receive the full benefit. Separate registration is required for each. The first presentation, Are You Part of the Club?, was held Aug. 31, and the final session, The Challenges for Caregivers, took place Sept. 15.)
