Faculty, staff, students and the community are invited to join Wellness Wednesdays: A Community Connection, a lunchtime event to promote nutritious foods, healthy minds and strong bodies.
These free, 30-minute interactive webinars, hosted by experts including University of Arizona Health Sciences faculty, staff and students, will provide thoughtful guidance, information and tools to help support individuals while navigating through a new reality during these challenging times.
Wellness Wednesdays: A Community Connection is the latest initiative from the University of Arizona Health Sciences with the goal of creating a healthier community by helping individuals and families stay well.
Registration is required for all events. Upon registration, a confirmation email with login information and instructions will be sent.
Join an upcoming session on Wednesday, March 3, 2021, "Navigating Relationships: Essential Foundations for the Art of Empathy and Courageous Conversations," with presenter Spencer Gorin, RN, specialist in the Alcohol/Other Drug Harm Reduction Program for UArizona Campus Health.
Our personal and professional success is dependent upon how well we can navigate relationships. In this engaging and interactive session, participants will learn three central concepts to navigate all relationships, from the simple to the complex.
