Brain to Belly workshop

Visualsonics, owned by Fuji, is hosting a live mouse imaging workshop on Feb 3, from 10:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. The virtual event features the LAZR-X ultrasound/photoacoustic imaging system. This imaging system is now part of the UArizona imaging core facilities in the Bioscience Research Lab and available for researchers across campus.

Experience cutting edge preclinical multimodality imaging presented in live scanning sessions and presentations from key opinion leaders as we explore the brain, vasculature and kidneys. Live imaging sessions include Brain Imaging before and after Carotid Occlusion and Vascular and Renal Imaging.

The workshop involves BRAIN + Ultrasound + Doppler + Photoacoustic imaging and further details the successful collaboration and creative fusion among the Core Facilities and the College of Medicine – Tucson.
