Join Tech Launch Arizona for "Supporting Inventions From Bench to Startup: The Story of the SaiOx RAD Device," on March 10 at noon.

The discussion will detail the partnership of Sairam Parthasarathy, MD, professor of medicine and chief of the Division of pulmonary, Allergy, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine at the College of Medicine - Tucson , Manny Teran and Don Finkle, Tucson entrepreneurs. The three will discuss their partnership and the development of a new respiratory-assist device (RAD) that provides fast, safe relief to those experiencing difficulty breathing.

Tech Launch Arizona brought them all together, provided funding, coaching, connections, and expertise to develop the invention and launch a startup.

UArizona Health Sciences Licensing Manager Kaitlyn Norman-Powers, PhD, will facilitate the conversation.
