Faculty, staff, students and the community are invited to join Wellness Wednesdays: A Community Connection, a lunchtime event to promote nutritious foods, healthy minds and strong bodies.
These free, 30-minute interactive webinars, hosted by experts including University of Arizona Health Sciences faculty, staff and students, will provide thoughtful guidance, information and tools to help support individuals while navigating through a new reality during these challenging times.
Wellness Wednesdays: A Community Connection is the latest initiative from the University of Arizona Health Sciences with the goal of creating a healthier community by helping individuals and families stay well.
Registration is required for all events. Upon registration, a confirmation email with login information and instructions will be sent.

Laura Morehouse, MPH CHES, community outreach coordinator, College of Pharmacy and Laura Morehouse, community outreach coordinator, Arizona Poison and Drug Information Center. She has served in her current role since 2016, where she provides community education and outreach on poison prevention, medication management, bites and stings safety and more. Laura received her Master of Public Health degree from the University of Arizona with an emphasis in Health Behavior Health Promotion and is a Certified Health Education Specialist.
Dr. Reem Alsultan, PharmD BCP, Clinical Toxicology Fellow, College of Pharmacy. Dr. Alsultan graduated in 2018 from the College of Pharmacy at the University of Illinois, Chicago. She completed a postgraduate pharmacy residency in hospital pharmacy and emergency medicine. Currently, she is a Clinical Toxicology Fellow in the clinical toxicology fellowship program at the Arizona Poison and Drug Information Center.
