Faculty, staff, students, and the community are invited to join us for "Women’s Health: Build Resilience and Tackle Adversity" with presenter Terri Warholak, PhD, RPh,
Assistant Dean, Academic Affairs/Assessment, University of Arizona College of Pharmacy.

The dictionary definition of resilience is the ability to recover from or adjust easily to misfortune or change. Dealing with the complexities of life in a pandemic can cause increased stress, burnout and anxiety, making it difficult to bounce back. Join Dr. Warholak to learn the necessary steps to achieve a resilient disposition for a healthy level of physical and psychological wellness in the face of life's challenges.

Wellness Wednesdays: A Community Connection is  an initiative from the University of Arizona Health Sciences with the goal of creating a healthier community by helping individuals and families stay well.

The free,  60-minute  interactive webinars are hosted by experts including University of Arizona Health Sciences faculty, staff, and students, will provide thoughtful guidance, information and tools to help support individuals.

Registration is required  for all events.  Upon registration, attendees will receive a confirmation email with login information and instructions.
