Speak Your Science at Biosciences Toastmasters

Build your verbal communication skills in a supportive environment!

  • Do you wish you could explain your science to a general audience?
  • Do you want to polish your presentation skills?
  • Do you experience a fear of public speaking?
  • Do you want to become more fluid in presenting your results or participating in meetings on Zoom?

Learn to speak your science by joining a friendly group of scientists, professionals, students and community members to build your verbal communication skills and network for your career. We offer a supportive, self-paced atmosphere and an opportunity to practice speaking to a group and receive constructive feedback. The club is open to everyone, including the University of Arizona campus and Tucson community – especially scientists and science-lovers.
