Hitchhiker's Guide to Biomedical Scientific Computing

Jun
16
3:00 pm to 3:30 pm

Computational projects are essential in all research but many researchers are not taught basic lab skills for their computing. Computing workflows which include data management, programming, collaborating, organizing, tracking and publishing can be improved with a good set of practices.

Register for this virtual workshop series where we will present a set of computing tools and techniques that every researcher can and should consider adopting in order to increase the scientific rigor and reproducibility of their work.

Note: Meets weekly, but does not meet on the first and last week in July.
