The Moltke Lab studies the cells, molecules and signaling pathways underlying immune responses to parasitic worms and allergens (type 2 immunity). Right now we are particularly interested in a specialized epithelial lineage called tuft cells, which we think holds the key to important advances in our understanding of type 2 immunity.
