Sarver Heart Center chest-compression only CPR training

The University of Arizona Sarver Heart Center founded chest-compression only CPR 20 years ago and continues to promote this lifesaving technique with new offerings. In response to an increased demand for emergency preparedness, the Sarver Heart Center launched a free, monthly training program on campus in February 2023.
We are excited to resume our monthly CPR series this academic year with our first training on Friday, Sept. 29 at 3 p.m. in the Arizona Health Sciences Center, Room 2117. The training will last approximately 90 minutes.
You don't need a certification to save a life, and we are proud to be able to provide these non-certifiying trainings free of charge. Our mission is to ensure that every Wildcat is prepared to intervene to save a life in the event of a cardiac emergency--it's the #WildcatWay.
With increasingly more individuals and groups recognizing the need for cardiac emergency preparedness, we have decided to open up these monthly trainings to all members of the Tucson community. Spots are limited, so please register as soon as possible. For large groups and special requests, contact Cara Deery, Outreach and Education Manager at heart@arizona.edu.
