Michelle A Singh, DO, received her medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. She graduated from UC Davis with a BS in Neurobiology, Physiology and Behavior. Her professional interests include cultural psychiatry (LGBT+, Asian American) and teaching. 

Learning Objectives
  1. Define common terminology relating to the care of LGBT+ patients.
  2. Understand specific medical concerns of queer patients.
  3. Review healthcare disparities related to the LGBT+ population.
  4. Understand the current state of LGBT+ related education in academic medical settings.
