Dr. Mason is a clinical associate professor and section chief of plastic and reconstructive surgery in the Division of Surgical Oncology at the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Tucson.

Dr. Mason is board certified in both plastic surgery and general pediatrics. He specializes in adult reconstructive surgery and pediatric plastic surgery, with clinical interests that include breast reconstructive surgery, abdominal wall reconstruction, lower extremity reconstruction, adult facial trauma and pediatric plastic surgery including cleft lip/palate and craniofacial care, dermatologic surgery and vascular lesions.

He completed residencies and fellowship at the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and the University of Toronto’s Hospital for Sick Children. Prior to joining the College of Medicine – Tucson, Dr. Mason was chief of the Department of Pediatric Plastic Surgery at Children’s Hospital of Colorado.
