The University of Arizona College of Nursing honored its fall 2021 graduating class at Centennial Hall on Dec. 16. A total of 192 Wildcat nurses celebrated the successful conclusion to their programs in front of family, friends and faculty. 

“You are needed more than ever to care for individuals, families and communities during these challenging and unprecedented times,” College of Nursing Dean Ki Moore, PhD, RN, FAAN, told the assembly. “You are entering the profession at a time when the need for nurses is almost unprecedented. I hope you feel confident and practice ready as you leave our college, step into your new career and improve your patients’ quality of life. You are the future of the nursing profession.” 

The event honored 48 Bachelor of Science in Nursing, 60 Bachelor of Science in Nursing Integrative Health emphasis, 13 Master of Science in Nursing Clinical Systems Leadership (RN to MSN), 69 Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and two Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing (PhD) graduates
