Event Description
Ernest Vina, MD, MS, will be presenting at Rheumatology Grand Rounds on Friday, July 17. Dr. Vina is a professor of medicine, the fellowship program director and the interim chief of the Division of Rheumatology and the University of Arizona Arthritis Center. The title of the presentation is “Inflammatory Arthritis Management, Part 1: Steroid Sparing Non-Biologic Agents.”
Learning Objectives: Participants should be able to:
- Be more familiar with non-biologic steroid-sparing agents used in rheumatology
- Be aware of the indications for use of various non-biologic steroid-sparing agents
- Be aware of side effects and complications from use of various non-biologic steroid-sparing agents
