College of Medicine – Tucson's Chamberlain is elected president of American Pediatric Society

The American Pediatric Society announced that Lisa J. Chamberlain, chair of the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Tucson, will serve as its 2026-27 president starting June 1.

The society made the announcement on its website earlier this month.

Chamberlain assumed her duties at the Department of Pediatrics on March 1. A profile of her is available on the College of Medicine – Tucson website.
