Make sure you connect with the following campus departments regarding your event support and implementation:
BioCommunications: for A/V, promotional designs (posters, banners), signage, programs, etc.
Facilities Management: for equipment such as tables and linens, tents, custodial services, etc.
Please note that FM will not remove/bring out the furniture in the HSIB – you must coordinate with UAHS Events for room layout requests.
Security coverage: please arrange services for security for your events through UAPD or A-Team.
Wolfgang Puck Catering: WPC is the exclusive caterer of the HSIB; you are not permitted to contract with any outside vendor for food for events within the HSIB footprint.
UAHS Events: our team is always available to assist with answering questions, providing resources, or making recommendations.
