A team at the University of Arizona Health Sciences found that SARS-CoV-2 antibodies provide lasting immunity. This finding suggested that those who had survived an infection and those who received a vaccine for COVID-19 would be immune from reinfection for several months.

Health care experts criticized U.S. Rep. Andy Biggs for claiming that masks are not effective in slowing the spread of the coronavirus. "Masks absolutely work.
