Our Students

We provide an environment that motivates and encourages excellence — one where every student can thrive. Through innovations in curriculum, simulation technology and advances in medicine, the college offers a growing body of diverse students a rich, varied experience working in a distributed clinical partnership model to prepare them to be physicians for tomorrow.

Our Faculty

Approximately 96 on-campus faculty and 1,129 affiliate and community faculty train students at nine clinical affiliate locations as part of partnerships with Banner – University Medical Center Phoenix, Abrazo Central Campus, Phoenix Children's Hospital, Valleywise Health, St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center, HonorHealth, Mayo Clinic, Hospice of the Valley and the Phoenix VA Health Care System.

Our Research

Faculty at the college garner more than $11 million in research grants annually to conduct research focused on improving the health and well-being of the people of Arizona and beyond. Research partners provide opportunities to collectively advance the breadth and complexity of medicine.
