(Procession from the Phoenix Convention Center to the Orpheum Theatre begins at 3 p.m., led by the Phoenix Bagpipe Band; UA President Robert C. Robbins, MD, will participate in the procession and will offer remarks during commencement. The commencement address will be delivered by Banner Health President and CEO Peter Fine.)
