Arizona Area Health Education Centers
The Arizona Area Health Education Centers program focuses on developing integrated, sustainable, health care workforce education programs with an emphasis on primary care and increasing access in Arizona's rural and underserved communities. The program works to improve the supply, quality, diversity and distribution of the health workforce.
Arizona Simulation Technology & Education Center
The Arizona Simulation Technology & Education Center provides innovative, collaborative learning opportunities for new students and seasoned practitioners to learn, practice and assess their understanding of procedures in a high-tech, realistically simulated environment. ASTEC engages learners at all levels by utilizing high-fidelity simulation technology with innovative methods of experiential learning theory.

The University of Arizona and Banner Health are partners in the All of Us Research Program in Arizona and Colorado.

The Center for Sleep, Circadian & Neuroscience Research focuses on a core determinant of health across all populations. The center’s members conduct cutting-edge human sleep and circadian rhythms research to advance our understanding of disease processes such as inflammation, cancer, heart disease, stroke, cognition and mental illness.
Clinical & Translational Sciences Research Center
The Clinical and Translational Sciences Research Center supports investigative clinical research at the University of Arizona and Banner – University Medical Center. The medical facility provides a complete environment to support clinical trials in a central location that allows convenient access to hospital resources, including clinical laboratories, radiology and more.

The Asthma and Airway Disease Research Center has garnered international acclaim for its research and treatment of asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, sleep apnea and other major respiratory diseases. Members of the center are dedicated to research, clinical care, medical education and community service in adult and pediatric pulmonary medicine.

The center serves as a nucleus for interdisciplinary research that forms the foundation for the translation of biomedical research to advanced, evidence-based clinical care in the community.

The Center for Innovation in Brain Science fosters and develops innovation to address the challenges of age-related neurodegenerative diseases. Members of the center use the brain’s complexity to drive discovery and create precision cures for four age-associated neurodegenerative diseases: Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, multiple sclerosis and ALS.

The UArizona Cancer Center, the only National Cancer Institute-Designated Comprehensive Cancer Center in Arizona, aims to alleviate the burden of cancer.
