Addiction Medicine Fellowship accepting applicants for 2025-2026

The Department of Psychiatry’s Addiction Medicine Fellowship is currently recruiting two more fellows for its 2025-2026 program. Applicants are accepted from those board eligible in various specialties, including psychiatry, family medicine, internal medicine, emergency medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, anesthesiology, pediatrics and preventative medicine.
Led by Elisa Gumm, DO, director of Addiction Medicine Fellowship, and in partnership with Banner – University Medical Center Tucson and the Southern Arizona VA Health Care System, the fellowship is dedicated to training well-rounded addiction medicine physicians who will become future leaders in the field. We are patient-centered and provide compassionate, evidence-based and multidisciplinary substance use treatment.
