Downtown Phoenix multifamily site changes hands for $12M, Cushman & Wakefield reports

Masyno Holding LLC has paid $12 million to buy a one-acre development in downtown Phoenix near the College of Medicine – Phoenix. The space has room for 741 residential homes.
