Some of us have been away from campus for almost 18 months. Some of us are new to the University of Arizona Health Sciences community – hired as faculty or staff during the pandemic and never on campus until the past few weeks. And then there are students, new as well as returning, who are back filling classrooms, corridors and outdoor spaces with sound and motion.

While being around people again is a welcome change, it’s also nice to know there are special places around our campuses where you can go to be alone and study, hang out with a few friends or just simply relax.

This gallery includes some of the Health Sciences Connect team’s favorite spaces, and we invite you to share photos of your favorite Health Sciences campus spaces with us on social media. You can direct message us on Facebook (@UAZHealthSciences), Instagram (@UAZHealthSciences) or Twitter (@UAZHealth) to share your photos.

We welcome photo submissions from both the Tucson and Phoenix area campuses. The photos can be selfies, or simply the view from your favorite perch. They can be inside, or outside. Be sure to tell us where the place is on campus, and why you like it.

We’ll select our favorite photos from the submissions and create a gallery to be published in the coming weeks. So take out your phone and share your favorite spaces with 5,000 of your closest friends in the Health Sciences community.
