UA Museum Day

Museums across the University of Arizona are proud to offer free or reduced admission in celebration of U of A Museum Day, an annual event taking place in Spring. Both the Coit Museum of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and the Health Sciences Innovation Building open their doors for the community to see the incredible pieces of history and art in their galleries.

Voice of the Patient Tucson

In our health innovation community, patients are the reason we do what we do. This annual event explores life science innovation from the patient perspective, as they share their incredible healthcare journeys in panel and conversation format.

Wellness and wonder logo

Wellness and Wonder

This is an annual family-friendly health-and-wellness expo showcasing the research and education fostered at the University of Arizona campus across the health sciences, hosted on the third Saturday of September. Featuring wellness activities like dance and movement, interactive STEM activities for kids, and tours of state-of-the-art campus laboratories and museums, the day is open to inquisitive individuals and families of all ages and abilities.

HSIB Forum

Aging Together Well series

A two-hour tour program of the Health Sciences Innovation Building and Coit Museum of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, geared toward older adults. Featuring an opportunity to experience El Mirador Project, hear faculty talks about age-related topics including heart health and the importance of humanities and art in maintaining wellness.  Available “on-request” for groups – please contact uahsevents@arizona.edu for inquiries.
