Honoring Compassionate Patient Care With Solidarity Week - Feb. 14, 2020
The Gold Humanism Honor Society, Banner Health and the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Tucson hosted Solidarity Week the week of Feb. 10, 2020, to show commitment to compassionate patient care. In addition to events throughout the week, such as a “Be Kind” paper chain and hand-made Valentine’s cards for children admitted to Diamond Children’s Medical Center, staff gathered to form a human chain to show their solidarity for compassionate patient care on Feb. 14.
