College of Medicine – Phoenix Translational Research Office
The Translational Research Office is excited to begin recruitment for the 2025 University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix and Flinn Foundation summer research internship. This medical research internship is open to students who will be sophomores, juniors or seniors in the 2025-2026 academic year, as well as graduates pursuing a gap year. This internship is a great fit for anyone who is passionate about translating scientific laboratory research findings into tangible, patient-centered health solutions. Past interns have gained skills utilizing gel electrophoresis, staining tissues with antibodies, inducing gene expression in mice, conducting flow cytometry and developing diagnostic tests.
