Endemic mycoses: Better diagnosis and reporting needed

An opinion piece in Annals of Internal Medicine states there is a need to improve the diagnosis and reporting of blastomycosis, coccidioidomycosis (Valley fever) and histoplasmosis, the most prevalent endemic fungal diseases (mycoses) in North America, to better serve patients.
