Adobe License Update
Important changes are coming to Adobe software licenses for University of Arizona employees. Current employee Acrobat Pro licenses will expire on Friday, Feb. 7. You will still have access to Acrobat Reader without a license, which allows you to open, view, sign, print, annotate, search, and share PDF files.
If you have an existing Creative Cloud license, which includes Acrobat Pro, it will remain unchanged and is valid for up to one year. Adobe Sign access also remains unchanged.
Faculty and staff have been given access to Acrobat Pro starting Feb. 3.
Starting Feb. 7, all university employees will automatically receive access to Adobe Express Premium, including template-based content creation, Firefly Generative AI and Adobe Stock features.
