Join us for the grand opening of Café Bolo
Ever since the University of Arizona Health Sciences Innovation Building opened in 2019, new and creative ways to utilize the space in this unique building have been at the forefront of design. From our spacious Forum and its engaging artworks to the high-tech research space of ASTEC, HSIB has been a place for Health Sciences faculty, staff and students to interact with science, art and each other.
Starting today we add to that unique legacy with the grand opening of Café Bolo, a Wolfgang Puck Catering meeting and dining space. I know you’ll be eager to try out everything it has to offer.
The wonderful thing about Café Bolo is it will be an opportunity for all of Health Sciences and our surrounding community to come together in one place. When you stop into the café, you’ll find healthy offerings that are seasonally inspired to give you the boost you need. Wolfgang Puck is globally renowned for his creativity, and now we’ll all get to experience that every day. You can even order ahead using the QR codes found here, in the Forum or on the app.
In addition, Wolfgang Puck Catering will be your go-to catering service for events in HSIB. Your next event can include signature dishes such as chicken pot pie and chinois chicken salad. To learn more about event catering, I encourage you to check out our events planning page.
Please make sure to plan a stop at the new Café Bolo, which I hope will become your gathering place throughout the day and early evening. This space was created with you in mind, and I encourage you to enjoy this newest innovation in HSIB.
