Café Bolo grand reopening planned

The relaunched and reimagined Café Bolo in the Health Sciences Innovation Building will reopen on Wednesday, Sept. 18 at 8 a.m. The café will offer an all-new menu that emphasizes healthier fare complemented by a rotating selection of daily specials.

Grand opening week will begin on Monday, Sept. 23 with specials that include:

• Sept. 23: Green Monster Monday - $2 off a Green Monster smoothie
• Sept. 24: Kombucha & cold brew - $1 off the featured Keg kombucha or cold brew
• Sept. 25: $2 off Superfood salad
• Sept. 26: Orange You Glad its Thursday? – Get a free Minute Maid orange juice with breakfast or lunch purchase
• Sept. 27: $2 off our featured international special tikka masala cauliflower bowl

Café Bolo will give away free boba to attendees of the Sept. 21 Wellness and Wonder event at HSIB.

The café will offer grab-and-go options as well as a selection of beer and wine in the afternoon and evening, making it the perfect spot to unwind. For added convenience, you can now order ahead through Grubhub, ensuring that your meal is ready when you are.
