Public health undergraduate students are all smiles as they prepared to enter Centennial Hall for the 2022 Mel and Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health spring convocation.

The University of Arizona Mel and Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health honored its spring 2022 graduating class May 14 at Centennial Hall. A total of 286 students celebrated the successful conclusion of their degree programs in front of family, friends and faculty. 

“Congratulations, Public Health Graduates. As Dean of the Mel and Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health, I am so proud of you all,” said Dean Iman Hakim, MBBCh, PhD, MPH. “Each of you has worked hard to earn the degree you have achieved, and I commend your effort. I wish you every success as you go forward into the world with passion and dedication to face the public health challenges of today and tomorrow. Congratulations and Bear Down!”

The event honored 164 undergraduates who were awarded bachelor’s degrees in public health, 105 students who completed their master’s degrees and six students who earned doctoral degrees.
