Faculty Commons + Advisory Grand Opening Event – March 4, 2020
Attendees check out the new space during the grand opening of the Faculty Commons + Advisory, a gathering place where faculty can connect with one another and with experts from various areas of campus to receive advice, direction, and inspiration for research and innovation.
In early March 2020, the University of Arizona Health Sciences opened the Faculty Commons + Advisory as an innovative gathering place for faculty across the university to meet, collaborate and get advice. The Commons is an area where faculty can relax, have lunch, meet with colleagues, access free coffee and periodicals. The Advisory is a designated space for meetings with campus resource centers that will hold office hours, workshops and informal “lunch and learn” events. The schedule is published weekly in the Health Sciences Update email.
The clinical research support team will be one of the groups holding office hours at the Faculty Commons + Advisory.
