Alex Judd, MD
PGY-5, General Surgery Resident
Originally from Detroit, Michigan, Judd completed his medical degree at the University of Utah School of Medicine before joining the University of Arizona for his surgical residency. During his medical education career, he has served as a member and leader in various capacities, most recently serving as the Journal Club Chief Resident of the General Surgery Residency program. After graduation from residency, Judd will be attending the University of Virginia to complete an Abdominal Transplant Surgery Fellowship.

Kirstie Jarrett, MD
PGY-5, General Surgery Resident
Originally from Salt Lake City, Utah, Jarrett completed her medical degree at the University of Utah School of Medicine before joining the UArizona for her surgical residency. During her medical education career, she has participated in various service and outreach programs, most notably serving as founder and Chief of the General Surgery Peer Mentorship Program here at the UArizona. After graduation from residency, Jarrett will be going into private practice in Farmington, Utah.
