Join us for the Creative Arts for Lowering Mental Stress healing dance workshop on Tuesday, April 7.
The CALM program provides a series of in-person workshops that include healing dance, meditative drawing, Tai Chi and singing bowl mediation. Programming is designed to build connection in the college community, reduce stress and promote mental well-being. Students, staff and faculty members are encouraged to participate in the CALM arts workshops.
