Holenarasipur "Vik" Vikram, MD, FACP, FIDSA

Dr. Vikram is a professor of medicine at the Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine and the medical director of transplant infectious diseases at the Mayo Clinic Arizona. With over 20 years of experience, he specializes in complex infections in transplant recipients and has led influential research on donor-derived infections, invasive fungal diseases and viruses such as West Nile and COVID-19. A former vice chair of infectious diseases and founding program director of the Infectious Diseases Fellowship, he is a nationally recognized educator and award-winning mentor. His work centers on infections in immunocompromised patients and cardiovascular and fungal infections.
