Frank C. "Chip" Brosius, III, MD
Dr. Brosius is a professor of medicine at the University of Arizona and is an active professor emeritus at the University of Michigan, where he served as a professor and chief of the Division of Nephrology. Dr. Brosius’ research has been continuously funded by the NIH for over 30 years and focuses on human studies to identify new targets for treatment of diabetic kidney disease and other chronic kidney diseases. He is the principal investigator of the University of Arizona Recruitment Site for the NIH-funded consortium, the Kidney Precision Medicine Project.
