Complete the U of A workplace climate survey by Sept. 30

The University of Arizona Staff Council invites you to complete a workplace climate survey. This anonymous survey will allow all university staff employment categories and transitioning University of Arizona Global Campus staff to share their voices in shaping a more positive and productive environment at the U of A. Your feedback will contribute to understanding the university work experience.

U of A staff have been heavily impacted by the financial crisis. This survey aims to identify and assess the underlying impacts experienced by staff, which have affected the university's capacity to fulfill its mission and vision. Data collected from this survey will frame immediate and strategic actions by the Staff Council to address workplace climate at all levels.

The survey covers topics including: Was the university effective in navigating the effects of the crisis? Are there issues that drive you to seek other employment opportunities outside of the university? Are you treated fairly in your work unit and do you feel you belong at the university?

The survey should take about 10 minutes to complete. The survey closes Sept. 30.
