LinkedIn Explorers Program increasing offerings in 2024

The EDGE Learning team launched LinkedIn Explorers, a new program that brings employees together to engage in professional development. For its pilot program, participants watched the LinkedIn course “Interpersonal Communication” before meeting in small groups to discuss, deepen their concept understanding and to learn from each other. Due to the overwhelmingly positive feedback from the first group of participants, the program will be offered three times in 2024: 

• Spring: There are two options to participate. Click a topic to view and enroll: 
  • Developing Mental Toughness for Leadership
  • Creating Psychological Safety for Diverse Teams
• Summer: Sign up to be notified about sessions starting in June. 
• Fall: Sign up to be notified about sessions starting in September.
