Event Planning Rates and Fees
To maintain a clean, professional and state-of-the-art instructional space, there is a fee associated with all HSIB room usage. UArizona Health Sciences and non-Health Sciences university users will be charged via Interdepartmental Billing (IDB) to the account number provided at the time of booking. Meetings and events held in HSIB are subject to the room charges listed below. Room fees listed below cover ONLY the cost of the room. Extra resource requirements for any event must be coordinated through separate Event Services and will be billed accordingly.
Event Coordination Fees
Additional pre-event planning and day-of staff support can be provided by the UAHS Events team with advance notice and coordination. Additional event assistance is available for a fee.
Additional Event Fees
Extra resource requirements may include but are not limited to: A/V support, custodial services, parking and requests for furniture positioning and removal for events. You must coordinate directly with those departments for service and payment.
